Amateur Dream Analysis

with a brief introduction by David Danzig

This is one person's interpretation of what my dream might mean. If you want to send email to Karla, her email address is karlaj@swbi.net.

Hi! I just thought I'd take a shot at figuring out what your strange, and
more than mildly disturbing dream might mean. I have a book that tells you
what objects in dreams can mean. It's G.H. Miller's 10,000 Dreams
Interpreted, so here goes. (copyright laws? what are those?)

quoting from book:

BAR -- "Seeing a bar, denotes activity in communities, quick uplifting of
fortunes, and the consummation of illicit desires."

GUN -- "This is a dream of distress. Hearing the sound of a gun, denotes
loss of employment, and bad management to proprietors of establishments."

KNIFE -- "To dream of a knife is bad for the dreamer, as it portends
separation and quarrels, and losses in affairs of a business character.
Sharp knives and highly polished, denotes worry. Foes are ever surrounding
you.

end of cheesey book interpretation.

The way you described the scalpel in you dream, it sounded more like an
exacto-knife.

Anyway, I think you should be glad that your dreams are interesting. Had
you seen any gangster/violent/cop films or television shows previous to
this dream? I tend to dream about people and things that I have seen on
tv. (namely Scully and Mulder from the X-Files). That's all I can tell
you.

Your Homepage is great. So was "What is Real."

           Buh.
